5-R-5 drill on a target out at 5yds. Goal is to stay within the 8 ring on the Anatomic B27, vital organ area.
Training at 5yds while alternating between 7rds strong hand, 7rds off hand, then 7rds strong hand.
Keeping a cadence with a metronome or counting in your head, fire 5 consecutive rounds at a target placed out to 9yds.
What I like to call the "Triple Threes" drill. 3 rounds, 3 yards, 3 seconds or less.
The "Amy 5.56 Box Drill". From 3-10yds, hit boxes A, B and C, reload and hit box D twice.

First few rounds through my Canik TP9 Elite SFx Rival Dark Side on 3in circles at 7yds.
